Cincinnati Elder made a big run through the Ohio Division I playoffs, but fell short in the title game to Cleveland St. Ignatius.
The loss didn't stop junior wide receiver Tim O'Conner from setting a new record for receptions in the state championship game.
The 6-foot-4, 190-pounder hauled in 15 passes for 184 yards (sixth best in the title game) and scored twice.
